Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lawn Care Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for landscape maintenance and a strong understanding of lawn care practices. This role involves working outdoors to ensure the health and appearance of residential and commercial properties through various lawn care techniques.

Duties

• Perform routine lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, and trimming to maintain a neat appearance.
• Irrigate lawns and landscapes effectively to promote healthy growth.
• Maintain equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition for optimal performance.
• Dig, plant, and maintain flower beds, shrubs, and trees as part of landscape enhancement efforts.
• Execute hardscape projects such as patios or walkways, ensuring proper installation techniques are followed.
• Conduct regular inspections of lawns and landscapes to identify issues such as pests or diseases, implementing appropriate solutions.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.

Skills

• Strong mechanical knowledge for the maintenance and repair of lawn care equipment.
• Proficiency in using hand tools necessary for landscaping tasks.
• Experience in groundskeeping with a focus on lawn care practices.
• Ability to perform landscape maintenance tasks with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of irrigation systems and techniques for effective watering strategies.
• Capability to work independently as well as part of a team in various weather conditions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• Weekends as needed
