Responsibilities
- Drive New Product Launch Efforts
- Develop New Product Go-to-Market Strategies
- Create and Refine Value Proposition Strategy for New Products
- Identify Growth Opportunities for the Business
- Formulate Pricing, Profitability Strategies, and prepare NPV Analysis for new products
- Lead M&A Integration Activities
- Track and Report Key Business Metrics and Develop appropriate processes.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams
- Act as Sounding Board for CEO and CFO
Requirements
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 5 years of experience in business development, ideally in chemicals or F&B industries.
- Proven experience in international markets (US, Europe, and Latin America) and successful product launches.
- Proven ability to achieve business objectives in small business and/or start ups.
- Ability to thrive and deliver in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment , including managing ambiguity
- Enjoys wearing multiple hats leading at both a strategic and tactical level
- Strong problem solving skills with solution focused mentality
- Collaborative approach with ability to influence and secure buy in across all levels and functions
- Knowledge of project management processes and systems for product launch
- Strong understanding of B2B and channel partner strategies
- Experience in integrating new businesses or products
- Experience in regulated industry
- Responsibility for product price strategy and/or product life cycle
- Experience in private equity backed businesses
