What are the responsibilities and job description for the Entry Level Maintenance Operations Manager position at Mauser Packaging Solutions?
Responsibilities :
- Lead and coordinate the maintenance team by planning and issuing work orders for equipment modifications, preventative, and corrective maintenance.
- Prepare and manage maintenance resources while providing recommendations for capital and continuous improvement projects.
- Collaborate with personnel to identify and resolve maintenance issues impacting Safety, Quality, Cost, Productivity, and Customer Satisfaction.
- Review the location's Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) regularly to make recommendations aimed at enhancing plant operations, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), and resolving maintenance challenges.
- Analyze and track Maintenance department KPIs to drive performance improvements.
- Engage team members actively in problem-solving to enhance production efficiencies using Lean Manufacturing techniques.
- Foster a positive workplace culture and motivate the Maintenance team to achieve productivity targets and high performance standards.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations set by governmental agencies.
- Monitor the Maintenance budget monthly; prepare and implement the annual budget for each fiscal year.
- Assist in the recruitment of Maintenance personnel.
- Ensure all Maintenance staff receive adequate training and identify any training gaps to develop necessary training plans.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
