Overview

As the Plumbing Install Coordinator for Mauzy Cooling, Heating, Plumbing & Electrical you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient installation process for both our technicians and clients. This role is critical in coordinating with our installation technicians, suppliers and customers to schedule installations, communicate with our team, and streamline the installation process. The ideal candidate is a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a solid understanding of the Plumbing industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Installation technicians and installation manager. Assist the team in completing jobs on time and under budget, helping achieve the company’s goals.
  • Coordinate schedules for installation teams, clients, and material shipments to ensure efficient performance
  • Maintain accurate records of project plans and schedules. Ensure all necessary documentation including contracts and agreements are prepared.
  • Monitor and manager inventory levels to ensure equipment and supplies for projects are available in time for installation
  • Maintain communication with clients, ensuring timelines and any changes are addressed throughout the process.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in project coordination, scheduling or administrative roles
  • Strong verbal and written communication/ Interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft teams, and ability to learn new software systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay Transparency:  

 

The starting rate for this opportunity ranges from $21-$24/hr. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility. We provide a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO). A candidate’s salary history will not be used in compensation decisions. Please note that the compensation information is a good faith estimate for this position. It assumes a rate based on location and experience. 

 

Physical Demands:

  • Stand/Sit: Must be able to remain in stationary position 50% of the time.
  • May be required to bend, climb (Stairs/Ladders), do repetitive motion, kneel, reach, squat, stand, crawl, walk, and run
  • May be required to drive and sit for long periods of time
  • Must be able to maneuver up to 75 lb. by lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling.
  • May be required to work in outdoor weather conditions.
