Key Responsibilities :                  Document Creation : Develop, write, and edit engineering design specifications, procedures, and guidance documents to ensure clarity, accuracy, and compliance with industry standards.                 Content Management : Organize and maintain a comprehensive document management system, ensuring all documents are up-to-date and easily accessible.                 Collaboration : Work closely with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure technical accuracy in all documentation.                 Review and Editing : Review and edit existing documents to improve clarity, consistency, and technical accuracy.                 Standards Compliance : Ensure all documents comply with company and industry standards, including safety and regulatory requirements.                 Training Materials : Develop training materials and user manuals to support the implementation of engineering procedures and specifications.                 Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities for improving documentation processes and implement best practices to enhance the quality and efficiency of technical writing.Qualifications :                  Experience : Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in the petrochemical or related industry.                 Technical Skills : Strong understanding of engineering concepts and terminology.                 Software Proficiency : o       Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Adobe AcrobatSharePointMicrosoft Visio for charts and process flow diagramsWriting Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly and concisely.                 Attention to Detail : High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all work.                 Collaboration : Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.                 Problem-Solving : Ability to identify and resolve issues related to documentation and content management.                 Adaptability : Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Qualifications : Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements in the petrochemical industry.Certification in technical writing or related field.MAV offers : PTO 108 hrs / year to be accrued each week; to be used, rolled over, or paid out401(k) 100% match on 3% of contributions and 50% match on 4-5% contributionsPaid Holidays Will follow the Client Paid Holiday ScheduleBCBS Health, Vision, Dental Insurance options
