Document Creation : Develop, write, and edit engineering design specifications, procedures, and guidance documents to ensure clarity, accuracy, and compliance with industry standards.
Content Management : Organize and maintain a comprehensive document management system, ensuring all documents are up-to-date and easily accessible.
Collaboration : Work closely with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure technical accuracy in all documentation.
Review and Editing : Review and edit existing documents to improve clarity, consistency, and technical accuracy.
Standards Compliance : Ensure all documents comply with company and industry standards, including safety and regulatory requirements.
Training Materials : Develop training materials and user manuals to support the implementation of engineering procedures and specifications.
Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities for improving documentation processes and implement best practices to enhance the quality and efficiency of technical writing.Qualifications :
Experience : Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in the petrochemical or related industry.
Technical Skills : Strong understanding of engineering concepts and terminology.
