As a Reporting Specialist you will play a critical role in our analytics team responsible for compiling comprehensive reports that provide insights into business performance and trends.
Your analytical skills will be essential in interpreting complex datasets ensuring accuracy and delivering findings that drive strategic decisionmaking.
Key Responsibilities :
Data Collection & Analysis : Gather process and analyze data from multiple sources to create reliable reports. Utilize quantitative and qualitative analyses to assess business performance and identify trends.
Reporting & Visualization : Develop and maintain visually compelling dashboards and reports using software tools such as Tableau Power BI or Excel.
Ensure that reports are userfriendly and clearly communicate findings to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with various departments including marketing finance and operations to understand their reporting needs.
Quality Assurance : Validate data integrity and maintain reporting accuracy through regular audits and checks. Implement best practices for data management and reporting within the organization.
Strategic Recommendations : Analyze reporting trends and patterns to offer strategic recommendations to management. Help guide business decisions based on your findings ensuring datadriven practices are at the forefront of our strategy.
Continuous Improvement : Stay uptodate with reporting tools and technologies. Explore innovative solutions to improve reporting processes and enhance analytics capabilities.

Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Data Analytics Business Administration Statistics or a related field.
2 years of experience in reporting analytics or a similar role preferably in a fastpaced environment.
Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI) and advanced Excel skills (e.g. VLOOKUP pivot tables).
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to present complex information clearly.
Familiarity with SQL and database management is a plus.
