Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining a strong rapport while ensuring all communication is clear, effective, and sincere
- Build, execute and store all contracts and SOWs. Ensure SOW properly protects the agency and represents each project's deliverables accurately
- Provide clear, actionable creative briefs and ensure all team members have the resources needed to succeed. Facilitate any handoff meetings internally
- Develop and execute detailed project plans including timelines, deliverables, and budgets, working with Studio Manager to determine resource allocation
- Manage and track all projects, successfully navigating the branding, design and interactive components from kickoff to completion
- Act as a liaison between clients and creative teams, facilitating collaboration across departments (Design, Copy, Traffic) to achieve project goals
- Review and approve deliverables and confirm they meet client expectations and agency standards prior to presenting or sending out
- Implement quality control processes to maintain consistency and success across each project
- Ensure all projects remain within budget, managing and communicating across teams any necessary scope changes
- Understand client goals, needs, and expectations so all teams are aligned on a project's deliverables. This includes anticipating and addressing any potential concerns, providing proactive solutions
- Discuss strategy and identify and close opportunities for additional services and upselling.
- Collaborate with and support Director of Accounts on new business opportunities
- Run point on all client meetings, creative presentations, and regular internal and/or external status calls
- Gather client feedback post-project to identify areas for refining processes and how to improve the overall client experience. Host post-mortem alongside Studio Manager with the project team
- Travel when required to support client initiatives at events, kickoffs, production shoots, meetings, etc.
- Stay involved in community and agency affairs, keeping an ear to the ground for opportunities and clients seeking new work
- Regularly spend time outside of the office, having face-to-face with our current clients, inactive clients or potential new clients. Seek conversations, network, attend events and discover strategic opportunities that help the agency grow
- 3 years of agency experience
- Existing knowledge of branding and advertising industry
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and professional attitude
- Ability to manage many different jobs and meet deadlines consistently
- Previous experience managing digital and creative projects or a background in the creative field
- Familiarity with and/or willingness to master digital workflow management platforms
- Excellent planning skills and ability to balance multiple priorities
- Ability to maintain and rapidly adapt project schedules and deliverables
- Basic understanding of the applications used in the design field
- An appreciation for numbers and analytics, with a keen eye for anomalies and red flags
- Loves a good process and is constantly looking for ways to improve them
- Collaborates with team members and has strong interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated experience with CMS—Wordpress preferred
