Maven Nexus is seeking a Key Account Project Manager to manage high-profile customer accounts and oversee retail lighting projects from inception to completion.
To be successful in this role, extensive expertise in the construction industry, with a strong emphasis on electrical and lighting installations, as well as a thorough understanding of the specific rules and regulations governing these areas, is required . Retail lighting installation experience is preferred.
This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity located in Miami, Florida. Local candidates are preferred but will consider applications from candidates residing in New York and / or those willing to relocate to Miami, Florida. Relocation assistance may be negotiable.

What you will be doing :
- Manage customer lighting projects from concept to delivery, ensuring compliance with all local regulations.
- Develop lighting layouts, perform photometric calculations, and run simulations using DIALux, AGi32, and AutoCAD.
- Serve as the main point of contact for key retail accounts, ensuring client satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including contractors, electricians, and architects, to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Maintain clear project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and technical specifications.
- Monitor supply chain and delivery schedules to ensure timely product availability for installations.
- Provide post-installation support, troubleshooting, and follow-up to maintain strong client relationships.
- Collaborate with the global teams.
- Travel domestically (10 - 20%) to customer sites and project locations. Participate in a 1 to 2-week training session in Europe.
