Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team in various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and be proficient in office management. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
  • Prepare and proofread documents, reports, and correspondence for accuracy and clarity.
  • Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and physical.
  • Handle incoming calls and inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve office efficiency.
  • Utilize computerized systems for data entry and record keeping.

Skills

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in computer literacy, including Google Drive, Calendar
  • Experience in calendar management and scheduling software.
  • Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Previous experience as an office clerk or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
