- Experience supporting high-level executives with exceptional attention to detail
- Highly organized; detail-oriented; proactive; resourceful; able to multitask in a fast-moving environment
- Strong ability to anticipate needs and problem-solve independently
- Manage complex calendars for co-founders and executives; coordinate travel for leadership and visiting candidates.
- Design & implement office processes, especially as the company scales .
- Oversee office management duties—vendor coordination, supplies, workspace upkeep, and ensuring a seamless office experience.
- Help with recruiting, onboarding and training new hires as needed.
- Maintain a high standard of office hospitality—anticipate needs, ensure workspace readiness, and create a seamless experience for executives and visitors.
