About the Role
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will:
- Achieve and exceed sales quotas by closing deals with precision and persistence.
- Work leads generated by our marketing and outbound teams to convert opportunities into signed contracts.
- Engage with homeowners via phone, text, and email, building relationships and creating trust.
- Overcome objections with confidence and finesse, demonstrating your expertise and commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Manage and prioritize your pipeline to ensure no opportunity slips through the cracks.
What You’ll Do
- Drive Results: Consistently meet or exceed your monthly sales quota, with a proven history of doing so in prior roles.
- Follow-Up Like a Pro: Respond to inbound leads and follow up with prospects quickly, ensuring every lead is nurtured.
- Master the Process: Leverage Maven’s CRM (HubSpot), scripts, and sales tools to streamline your workflow and close more deals.
- Educate Homeowners: Clearly explain the benefits of Maven Roofing’s services, helping homeowners make informed decisions.
- Collaborate: Work closely with our outbound sales and field teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
What We’re Looking For
- Quota Crusher: You must have a demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in past roles.
- Sales Savvy: A natural closer who thrives on turning leads into deals.
- Resilient and Persistent: You love the thrill of the sale and don’t take no for an answer.
- Organized and Proactive: You know how to manage a pipeline and prioritize your time effectively.
- Tech-Savvy: Experience with CRMs (HubSpot preferred) and virtual sales tools is a plus.
