Job Description:
The Inside Sales Representative, under the general direction of the CEO, performs duties related to engaging with, and ultimately enrolling, students in our commercial drivers' license (CDL) program. The Inside Sales Representative position is our organization's frontline sales lead, engaging with students on a 1-on-1 basis to enroll them in a training program that will change their life. This position is hiring immediately and would be based at TransTech's new Atlanta office, which is set to launch in early 2025.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The primary role responsibility is to work with prospective students with the goal of enrolling them in TransTech.
- Interview and screen students to fill existing openings while maintaining current knowledge of transportation laws, DOT regulations, and company hiring criteria.
- Inform interested students about TransTech partner(s) facilities, operations, benefits, pay, financial aid, and specialty and dedicated opportunities.
- Serve as the point-of-contact for TransTech and provide quick response to student’s inquiries and questions concerning job opportunities utilizing various technology platforms.
- Develop productive and cooperative working relationships with students, TransTech leadership, community and corporate partnerships, and others to invigorate growth and the partnership bond with all involved.
- Engage with students on a one-on-one basis and establish rapport by seeking to understand their career goals and interests.
- Responsible for ensuring that students are qualified driver candidates that will help improve driver retention and safety with any community or corporate sponsorship.
- May be asked to perform other duties that align with the mission of the company and are within the provider’s scope of practice and competence.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
