Business Analyst (ETQ Replacement) Top Skills : 5 years of true enterprise Business Analyst experience – need CORE BA EXPERIENCE 2 of those years need to be supporting an AWS migration project AWS Certification in cloud practitioners This is not an infrastructure BA, but they are migrating from a legacy system to a new cloud based vendor product (2 year - lift and shift effort) Located in Houston (Houston is most preferred but Chicago is an option) The ETQ system is a web-based tool that Client uses to manage safety reports. United also has a mobile app for safety reporting that uses the ETQ system as its database. Project Notes : Long term 2-year Corporate Safety project, project is the ETQ replacement (this is the current product that is used all across Clients to track safety events), they have recently selected a new cloud based product Targeting a technical BA, with at least two year of AWS experience Product is in business redesigning phase They are replacing a current BA who lacks the core BA experience First 30-90 days - heavy engaged in working with business on with new business process due to the new product, and working DT team in conducting the tech analysis in AWS migration End users on the business side they would be working with include auditors, inflight crew, injury reporting team
