This role focuses on generating actionable insights and solutions to enhance client services and products. The Data Scientist/Architect will interact with product and service teams to define analytical questions, build algorithms, and develop automated processes for data integration, cleansing, and evaluation. The role also requires the ability to identify meaningful insights from large datasets, interpret findings, and communicate these results effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Design and build data solutions to analyze diverse big data sources and generate actionable insights for business and product enhancement.
Develop software programs, algorithms, and automated processes for integrating and evaluating large datasets from multiple sources.
Identify insights from large data and metadata sets; communicate findings to product, service, and business managers.
Collaborate with product and service teams to define analytical questions and drive experiments.
Work with stakeholders to develop sustainable data solutions and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Translate complex technical data insights into business-relevant language.
Validate key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop queries to measure business performance.
Develop and implement data governance standards from data ingestion to product documentation.
Build SQL queries and data visualizations to fulfill ad-hoc analysis and reporting needs.
Monitor and maintain data quality, ensuring data integrity and resolving anomalies or outliers.
Use data mining techniques to extract useful information and identify trends, correlations, and patterns.
Develop and apply statistical analysis techniques to predict trends and provide insights into business strategies.
Evaluate and incorporate new technologies, tools, and frameworks for high-volume data processing.
Improve existing processes through automation and workflow optimization.
Independently design and deliver scalable data and analytics solutions to support decision-making.

- Strong experience with data analysis, statistical modeling, and data mining techniques.
- Proficient in SQL and data visualization tools.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative to identify, explore, and solve complex problems.
- Experience in designing and building innovative data solutions to support key business decisions.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to translate technical data insights into business solutions.
