Overview:
We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Lead with expertise in generative AI (e.g., GANs, LLMs) to drive innovative projects. You'll lead a team, develop advanced AI models, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex business problems.
Responsibilities:
- Lead AI/ML projects and teams focused on generative AI solutions.
- Develop, optimize, and deploy generative models.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into AI solutions.
- Mentor junior team members and stay current with industry trends.
- Ensure ethical AI practices and model performance in production.
Requirements:
- 5 years of AI/ML experience with a focus on generative models (e.g., GANs, VAEs, Transformers).
- Strong programming skills (Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Experience with cloud-based AI/ML platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure).
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
