We are seeking to hire a driven, articulate, organized customer service representative to join our rapidly growing home service company!! Our perfect candidate has a GROWTH mindset, and is all in with our company.
Hours: 11AM-8PM Tuesday - Friday and 7am - 4pm on Saturday
Responsibilities
- Outbounding to our existing clients and new service requests.
- Manages outbound calls to existing club members
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to provide an excellent customer experience
Skills
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High school diploma
