What You’ll Be Doing
- Answering customer inquiries with a friendly and helpful attitude.
- Efficiently booking leads to optimize scheduling.
- Providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
- Assisting with after-hours emergency calls when necessary.
- Outboudning to existing customer base and incoming leads.
