Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Servers/Bartenders to join our team. As a Maverick Gaming Server/Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring that every visit is a memorable one.
You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with guests from diverse backgrounds, and working collaboratively with your colleagues to achieve our goals.
Responsibilities
- Set up bars for shifts, ensuring they are clean and stocked.
- Take beverage orders from customers and servers, ensuring all drinks are rung in before preparation.
- Follow standard drink recipes, using proper glassware and portions.
- Adhere to laws related to serving alcoholic beverages and dealing with guests.
- Balances cash at the end of shifts, following standard procedures.
- Keeeps bars, counters, and work areas clean at all times.
- Upsells food and beverage to patrons.
- Prepares requisitions and inventories as required at the end of shifts.
- Locks up product when necessary.
Requirements
- Prior serving experience and knowledge.
- High School education or equivalent experience.
- Six months experience as a server preferred.
- Prior money handling experience preferred.
- Ability and willingness to work at both Central City and Black Hawk properties.
- Must be flexible to work any schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- TIPS Certification - We will train you.
