Maverick Windows is hiring a Canvass Manager over the next few weeks. The position will be filled by a driven, ambitious individual who is self-motivated to create a solid financial foundation and long term career for themselves.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage a team of 4-6 canvassers.
- Recruit, hire and train a team that gets results
- Coach, develop, demonstrate and motivate each canvasser
- Oversee all aspects of the canvassing lead generator
- Lead by example exemplifying professional conduct and behavior
- Mapping, permits, payroll and other tasks as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma, or equivalent
- 2 years sales or marketing
- 2 years team management and team building experience
- Valid driver's license
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Professional, clean and appearance
- Must show leadership to the overall success of the team
- Able to meet and exceed performance metrics
- Must pass pre-employment background check
