Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bar Manager to oversee the daily operations of our bar program. Duties
- Train, motivate, and lead bartenders and bar staff, ensuring adherence to quality standards, proper techniques, and guest service expectations.
- Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels to minimize waste.
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of beverages, ensuring quality and consistency in all offerings.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including food safety protocols and alcohol laws.
- Monitor bar operations, including shift management, to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully operational bar area at all times.
- Handle customer inquiries and feedback professionally, resolving any issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Bar Manager or Assistant Bar Manager in an upscale or fine-dining environment.
- Strong knowledge of fine dining service standards.
- Strong knowledge of wines, spirits, beer, and craft cocktails.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail for inventory control and operational efficiency.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with staff and guests alike.
