Join Solar Transport as a Fleet Safety Manager and play a vital role in ensuring the safety and compliance of our fleet operations. In this role, you’ll oversee driver support, maintain accurate records, enforce safety policies, and collaborate across departments to promote a culture of safety. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure accuracy in data entry and maintain up-to-date customer information
- Provide phone support to customers and drivers while collaborating with other departments to exchange relevant information regarding support services
- Assist with general administrative tasks, including scanning, email correspondence, phone communications, and organizing physical and digital files
- Manage and maintain the organization of Solar Driver supplies
- Respond professionally and effectively to the needs and requests of clients, customers, management, and staff
- Comply with all company policies and procedures
- Additional responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications: Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Qualifications: Experience
- 1 years’ experience in the Transportation or Logistics industry preferred
Qualifications: Competencies
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, including strong listening skills
- Practice operating independently without the need for continuous oversight or direction
- Proven ability to effectively prioritize and balance competing needs
- A history of taking the initiative to identify and solve work-related problems
- Experience in exercising initiative and sound judgment in decision-making

Compensation & Benefits
Pay Range: 50K - 62K/yearly
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Maverik/Kum&Go considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
