Mavis Tire - Business Analyst

Mavis Tire is looking for a Business Analyst to join our expanding technology team. Ideal candidates would have 1 - 2 years' experience serving as a Business Analyst. This individuals' main responsibilities would include meeting with business stakeholders to gather detailed requirements, documenting processes, creating workflows, and grooming JIRA projects. Experience as a project manager would be a plus as the ideal candidate would lead technical projects and follow up with the software development team to ensure timely delivery of high priority tasks. To succeed in this role, the individual should have strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail. Please note this role is on-site / in-office only.

Business Analyst Responsibilities :

• Performing requirements analysis, evaluating business processes, uncovering areas for improvement, and implementing solutions.
• Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders & technical leaders.
• Creating and grooming JIRA projects and tasks.
• Occasionally perform quality assurance testing to ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.
• Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
• Managing competing resources and priorities.
