Position: Accounts Payable Clerk
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Position Type: Regular, Full-Time
Work Schedule: Monday- Friday
Summary/Objective: An accounts payable administrator is responsible for processing invoices and issuing payments.
Essential Functions:

Review and verify invoices and check requests

Sort, code and match invoices?

Set invoices up for payment

Enter and upload invoices into system

Track expenses and process expense reports

Prepare and perform check runs

Post transactions to journals, ledgers and other records

Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date

Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues

Maintain vendor files
-
Produce monthly reports
-
Provide supporting documentation for audits

Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

1-3 years accounts payable or general account experience.

Knowledge of general accounting procedures.
