Overview
This position is for a fast-paced, growing internet info products business. We are looking for an individual who will reach out to new and existing leads to book appointments for the sales team. They will do this through various forms of social media, internal databases, and cold outreach.
Essential Job Functions/Deliverables
- Place outbound calls to potential clients.
- Appointment setters receive lists of potential clients and use them to source leads. They are responsible for cold calling these prospects, determining their interest, and eliminating those who aren't interested.
- Email/text message clients to answer questions, schedule meetings, or reschedule as needed.
- Keep accurate records of conversations, indicating whether the person is interested or not.
- Direct client and customer communication via phone, email, and social media.
- Search for leads on social media platforms to engage with potential clients and manage communications.
Competencies:
- Sales skills: knowledge of basic sales principles and how to generate interest in products or services.
- Customer service experience: preferably in a call center environment, but retail customer service is also helpful.
- Data entry skills: ability to type quickly and accurately.
- Interpersonal communication skills: verbal and written communication via phone, email, and social media.
- Organization skills: highly organized and diligent with task completion.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (InfusionSoft, Keap), Google Docs, communication tools (Zoom, Kixie, Turbodial), and social media platforms.
Required Education and Experience:
- 1-2 years' experience in lead generation and appointment setting.
- Fluent English.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Previous experience in E-commerce and internet info products would be beneficial.
Compensation:
- Hourly base salary.
- $20 per booked call.
- 3% of all high-ticket closes.
