We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional customer service. You will also coordinate VDC, BIM, CAD, and Quantity Surveying projects, ensuring efficient execution, on-time delivery, and the highest quality standards. Responsibilities:
1. Client Relations:
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional customer service and communication.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely manner.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or expand services to clients based on their evolving needs.
- Ensure client satisfaction by managing expectations and delivering consistent, high-quality results.
2. Communication and Reporting:
- Maintain open, transparent communication with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment and smooth project execution.
- Provide regular updates and progress reports to clients, highlighting key milestones, risks, and accomplishments.
- Address and resolve conflicts or issues proactively, ensuring client concerns are handled promptly and professionally.
3. Project Planning and Initiation:
- Collaborate with clients to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring clear expectations from the outset.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Lead project kick-off meetings to align all stakeholders and ensure smooth project initiation.
4. Project Execution:
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and specialists, to ensure timely project delivery.
- Monitor project progress, making necessary adjustments to meet deadlines and resolve any potential roadblocks.
- Proactively identify risks and work with the team to mitigate issues before they impact the project.
5. Quality Assurance:
- Ensure that all deliverables meet or exceed client expectations and quality standards.
- Conduct regular quality reviews and audits, providing feedback for continuous improvement.
6. Resource Management:
- Allocate and manage project resources effectively, ensuring the right personnel and technology are in place to meet client needs.
- Coordinate with clients and their teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Operations Coordinator or a similar role with a focus on client relations.
- Strong experience in the construction industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality and customer service.
- Familiarity with project management software and BIM/VDC tools.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on collaboration and client satisfaction.
