Max Alavi, Attorney at Law, APC is seeking a Probate and Trust Litigation Associate with at least 5 years of civil litigation experience to join our exceptional legal team! You’ll have the opportunity to advance your legal skills by working with more senior attorneys, while mentoring more junior attorneys and staff.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage a caseload and lead litigation efforts from start to finish
  • Supervise staff and collaborate with a dedicated legal team
  • Handle all aspects of Trust & Probate Litigation , including client contact, document review, drafting, discovery, and trial
