Social media/graphic design experience is a plus!

This position is the backbone of the office, juggling responsibilities from answering calls and welcoming clients to handling the behind-the-scenes tasks that keep the office running like a well-oiled machine. From the moment a patient walks through our doors, you set the tone for their experience. You'll welcome them with a warm smile and positive energy, making them feel instantly at ease. On the phone, you'll connect with potential new patients, confidently answering their questions and encouraging them to book an appointment. As the master of multitasking, you'll seamlessly juggle scheduling, rescheduling, and handling transactions-all while keeping patient flow running smoothly. You'll assist in managing calendar updates, auditing files, scanning documents, and ensuring every detail is accounted for. And when things get hectic, you'll be the calm, collected leader-helping frustrated patients navigate insurance concerns, keeping the doctors on track, and ensuring the entire office stays in sync.
