Responsibilities
- Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, warm leads, and lead databases.
- Be outstanding at relationship building and Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
- Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
- Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity.
- Meet new business goals and objectives as established by management.
Requirements
- Must have a current Washington Property and Casualty License
- No insurance experience is required
- Microsoft Office Suite and Agency Management System
- Ability to multitask, be detailed, and be a self-starter
- Work well with others and be a team player
- Bilingual is BONUS
Salary : $25,000 - $110,000
