We are seeking a dedicated individual to provide workplace support to customers with disabilities and work with employers to find flexible solutions.
This role requires an understanding of the challenges customers with disabilities face when commencing new employment and a strong ability to support both customers and employers to ensure sustainable employment.
The Role
- Provide ongoing support for customers/employers based on individual needs.
- Enhance long-term and sustainable employment opportunities.
- Facilitate training and development programs with customers and employers.
- Continuously create or generate new employment opportunities for our customers.
About You
- You possess excellent communication skills and are a people person.
- You have a sales/customer service background, with experience working with customers with disabilities being advantageous.
- You have organisational skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and conflict resolution skills.
- You can work autonomously and manage your time effectively.
- You are aware of vulnerabilities to employment and willing to obtain necessary clearances.
