The Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate NDIS Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our disability services team, you will be responsible for managing the intake and delivery of an integrated disability service that provides support to individuals with permanent disabilities. Your primary goal will be to help our customers achieve their key goals and build capacity for independence in the community and at work.
- Showcase your knowledge of the NDIS and its core principles.
- Work with individuals with a diverse range of permanent disabilities.
- Deliver efficient and effective strategies to positively engage with participants leading to positive and successful outcomes.
- Assist individuals with permanent disabilities to access and maintain employment including on-the-job support provisions.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent interpersonal communication and sales skills, as well as an empathetic approach to working with our participants. You should also have experience in Disability Services or equivalent qualifications, and be flexible, outcome-focused, and possess a can-do attitude.
