What You'll Do:
Referral Relationship Generation:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to establish and nurture referral relationships with dentists, physicians, medical professionals, and other relevant targets.
- Regularly communicate with potential referring partners to foster strong connections and ensure a consistent flow of patient referrals.
- Identify opportunities to collaborate on seminars, workshops, and events that educate referring partners about our oral surgery services.
- Represent the practices at local community events, health fairs, and professional networking gatherings to increase visibility and create awareness about our services.
- Establish partnerships with local organizations, schools, and businesses to promote our practices and create a positive impact on the community.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement targeted marketing campaigns that highlight our practices’ expertise and value proposition.
- Utilize social media, email marketing, and other digital platforms to engage with potential patients and referring partners.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of outreach initiatives, referral sources, and marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
- Provide regular reports and follow-ups to the surgeons and practice management team, outlining key performance metrics, growth trends, and out-of-office marketing opportunities.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with referring partners, addressing their needs, concerns, and feedback to ensure a positive and productive collaboration.
- Act as a liaison between our oral surgery practices and referring partners, facilitating open communication and consistent patient referrals.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Proven track record in developing and managing successful sales, business development, or referral relationships within the healthcare or medical industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong networking abilities and a natural aptitude for building and maintaining professional relationships.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in utilizing digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Previous experience in the healthcare field, particularly oral surgery, is a plus.
Weekly Requirements:
10% = spent on independent work in planning, analyzing available trends, developing surgeon meeting agendas, and completing role-specific administrative work.
