We are seeking a Revenue Cycle Manager to join the MAX Family!!!

What You’ll Do:


Lead and Inspire:

  • Team Leadership: Lead a talented team of billing, coding, and collections pros, providing mentorship, training, and performance feedback.
  • Foster Collaboration: Create a positive, productive work environment where everyone feels empowered to succeed.


Drive Revenue Excellence:

  • Own the Revenue Cycle: Manage every aspect of the revenue cycle, from patient registration to final payment, ensuring smooth, efficient operations.
  • Optimize Processes: Implement strategies to reduce days in accounts receivable, improve billing accuracy, and enhance collections.
  • Problem-Solve: Work closely with clinical and administrative teams to quickly resolve any billing and coding issues.


Ensure Compliance and Reporting:

  • Stay Ahead: Keep up with federal, state, and local regulations, ensuring everything we do is compliant with HIPAA and other healthcare standards.
  • Analyze and Report: Prepare financial reports, identify trends, and recommend areas for improvement to keep us on the cutting edge.
  • Audit Regularly: Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance in all billing and coding practices.


Enhance Patient Experiences:

  • Patient-Centric: Address patient inquiries about billing and payment, and develop policies that make the billing process as smooth and satisfying as possible.


Innovate with Technology:

  • Tech-Savvy: Implement and manage cutting-edge revenue cycle management software, finding new ways to streamline our processes.
  • Collaborate: Work with IT and other departments to ensure our revenue cycle systems integrate seamlessly with other clinic systems.


What You Bring:


Education & Experience:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field—or minimum of 10 years in healthcare management.
  • Industry Expertise: 5 years of hands-on experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, with a proven track record of optimizing processes.

  • Analytical Prowess: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of healthcare billing, coding practices, and regulations.

  • Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
