Job description
Responsibilities:
- Review and verify employee hours and pay for accuracy
- Enter deductions for benefits, garnishments, and other expenses
- Process paperwork
- Answer questions from employees related to payroll topics
- Oversee all aspects of the company payroll process
Requirements:
- Previous experience in payroll and accounting
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy of numbers
- Strong mathematical and accounting skills
- Strong Computer and data entry skills
- Efficient time-management ability in completing tasks
- Fluent in Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
