Position: Owner Services Representative
Location: Edgewater Beach Resort
Reports To: Owner Services Manager
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Position Overview
Edgewater seeks a proactive and personable Owner Services Representative to join our team. This role is integral in ensuring smooth operations and providing exceptional service to our owners. You’ll primarily focus on assisting owners, supporting our property operations, and maintaining clear communication across our team. Additionally, you’ll provide backup coverage for the Welcome Center when needed, ensuring guests and owners receive a warm and professional first impression.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a reliable, supportive contact for owners, addressing their questions and requests and coordinating with relevant departments.
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries professionally, providing helpful information and forwarding messages when necessary.
- Maintain clear communication with the team, tracking inquiries and following up to ensure completion.
- Issue access passes to authorized individuals, adhering strictly to security protocols.
- Ensure all communication logs are updated throughout the day and upon shift changes.
- Provide Welcome Center coverage during high-traffic periods or as scheduled, assisting guests with property entry, check-in, and general inquiries.
Operational Guidelines
- Use the Paylocity app to clock in/out, including breaks, and follow internal procedures for time-off requests through the chain of command.
- Coordinate lunch coverage and ensure continuity of service by assigning coverage if necessary.
- Maintain compliance with our operations protocol, including receiving management approval for offsite errands and adhering to emergency communication guidelines.
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong service orientation.
- Ability to handle inquiries and issues calmly and professionally.
- Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
- Friendly and adaptable demeanor, with a keen attention to detail and protocols.
- Valid driver’s license (preferred).
