As Owner Services Manager for our PCB properties, you will play a vital role in the organization. You should have 3 years of property management experience in short-term rentals. Some weekend work is required.
Responsibilities include:
Plan, direct, and coordinate the daily operational activities of properties. Includes managing units for owners, working closely with associations, and providing the highest level of customer service for owners and guests.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate general maintenance, major repairs, and remodeling or construction projects for commercial or residential properties.
- Direct and coordinate the activities of staff and contract personnel and evaluate their performance.
- Assist the Director of Owner Services with managing operations and other departments
- Investigate and handle complaints, disturbances, emergencies, etc. while on call.
- Prepare, copy, and distribute reports as required. Handle special guest requests. Attend and contribute to periodic meetings to maintain favorable working relationships among employees and promote maximum morale, productivity, and efficiency.
- Must be proficient in Windows, company-approved spreadsheets, and word processing.
- Approach all encounters with owners, guests and employees in an attentive, friendly, courteous, and service-oriented manner.
- Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Panhandle Getaways Standards, as required by scheduling, which will vary according to unit occupancy and needs.
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality of information. Perform other duties as requested by manager.
Qualifications
At least 3 years of progressive experience in short-term rental property management is required.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
