Property Patrol

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Property Patrol to join our security team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of properties by conducting regular patrols, monitoring activities, and responding to incidents. This role is crucial in maintaining a secure environment for residents, visitors, and staff.

Duties

• Conduct regular patrols of assigned properties to monitor for suspicious activity or safety hazards.
• Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, and emergencies, ensuring appropriate action is taken.
• Report any incidents or irregularities in a clear and concise manner.
• Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, observations, and any incidents that occur during shifts.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement when necessary to address security concerns.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting residents and visitors with inquiries or concerns.
• Ensure all security equipment is functioning properly and report any malfunctions.

Experience

• Previous experience in security or law enforcement is preferred but not required.
• Strong observational skills with the ability to remain alert and attentive at all times.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of safety protocols and emergency response procedures is a plus.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation.

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
