Property Patrol Job Description
Overview:
Property Patrol team members are central to the safe and secure operation of our property and COA assets. Serves as a general security presence and visible deterrent to crime and violation of safety and security rules, ensuring owner and guest satisfaction.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
This is a description of the major responsibilities of this position. These job duties are subject to change according to COA or department requirements. You may be required to perform other duties, as requested by your manager.
- Greet Owners, Guests and Vendors driving on to the property.
- Confirm guest registration and/or vendor parking passes.
- Perform Foot patrol throughout the property and parking garage.
- Identify and report safety hazards.
- Reports all incidents, accidents or medical emergencies.
- Diffuse owner/guest/employee disturbances.
- Execute professional evictions, in accordance with COA procedures.
- Maintains friendly, helpful and professional attitude.
- Monitor traffic flow during high traffic times gate duty.
- Respond to and perform initial incident investigation/interview.
- Generate detailed incident report narratives as required.
- High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
Shifts:
- Evening and weekend work required.
Experience/Knowledge/Abilities:
- Must be self-motivated and willing to work with others.
- Must possess a positive, hospitable attitude.
- Computer skills are essential to include basic knowledge of Excel, Word, etc.
- Ability to perform job tasks indoors as well as outdoors regardless of adverse weather conditions.
- Must be able to lift S0lbs, walk, run, climb stairs, and stand for prolonged periods and able to work long hours under stressful conditions.
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
- Must be at least 19 years of age
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
