Summary Overview

As an HR Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic HR initiatives, ensuring smooth execution of projects that enhance employee experience and operational efficiency. You will work cross-functionally with HR leadership, business stakeholders, and external partners to implement process improvements, technology solutions, and people strategies that align with the company’s growth objectives.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage HR projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
  • Partner with HR leadership and business units to assess project needs, define objectives, and develop comprehensive project plans.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring collaboration between HR, IT, Finance, and Operations to optimize processes and system implementations.
  • Monitor project performance, track key metrics, and adjust strategies to meet evolving organizational needs.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives within HR, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency.
  • Support change management efforts, including communication plans, training, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal policies when implementing HR initiatives.
  • Facilitate project meetings, manage risk assessments, and provide regular updates to leadership.

What You'll Bring

  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and partner with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in HR operations or related fields, with a solid understanding of HR processes, compliance, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
  • Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze key HR metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • PMP or HR-related certification (SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing remote collaboration with in-office interactions.
