Maxi Aids is a 39 year old Catalog / Mail Order Company, whose mission is to provide and distribute inexpensive product solutions to assist the consumer with their daily tasks due to aging, vision, hearing, medical and mobility difficulties. As the leading provider in our industry, our customers are the Veterans Administration, State and local Government agencies, Non Profit organizations, School Systems, as well as direct to the end user.
We are seeking an EXPERIENCED Office Administrator to support our established Mail Order / catalog business. The goal is to keep the Office running in an efficient and profitable manner, increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention while meeting or exceeding their expectations.
Responsibilities
- Working with our Customer Service staff, to Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
- Take ownership of customers issues and follow issues through to resolution
- Set a clear mission in cooperation with Upper management, and deploy strategies focused towards that mission
- Develop and improve service procedures, policies and standards
- Knowledge of Monitoring tools using Avaya or similiar
- Analyze statistics and compile accurate reports of call and data entry productivity
- Mentor and develop and train customer service agents and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment
- Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
- Complete Routine Daily Processes
- Adhere to and management policies
- Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities, and cross train staff for multiple functions and task expertise redundancy.
- Assist in other departments as needed
- Monitor timely Order processing and customer calls
Skills
- Minimum of 2 Years of Office Admin Experience (in a Sales or Call Center Customer Service environment- a plus).
- Experience in providing customer service support
- Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques
- Working knowledge of customer service best practices, willingness to becoming an expert on our order entry software
- Ability to think strategically, and create an efficient workplace
- Written and verbal communication skills, including keeping the General manager informed of any issue or opportunities that may come up.
- Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
- Customer service orientation
- AA degree or higher, in Business Administration or related field
