As a registered nurse at Maxim Healthcare Services, you will be responsible for utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. You will collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
You will perform interventions according to identified priorities, plan of care, and hospital policies and patient care outcome standards. You will revise the plan of care according to evaluation, changes in medical plan of care, and effective/ineffective nursing interventions.
