Job Title: Registered Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes.
About the Role:
- Provide nursing services to pediatric and adult patients in their own homes.
- Work with a variety of clients, including those requiring tracheostomy and ventilator care.
- Flexible scheduling options available, including part-time and full-time positions.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient/client care and/or services provided.
- Initiate plans of care and request revisions as needed based on changes in patient status and needs.
- Incorporate therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing actions based on patient diagnosis and established goals.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, and monitor their effectiveness.
- Review plans of care and identify areas for healthcare teaching/education, care coordination, goal setting, and discharge planning.
Requirements:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) License for the state in which the nurse practices.
- Current Health Certificate.
- Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
- Current BLS card.
- One year prior Registered Nurse (RN) experience preferred.
