The Role
As a skilled nursing care professional with Maxim Healthcare Services, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our patients. You will conduct thorough assessments of patients' medical conditions, functional status, and living situation, and maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and services provided. Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. You must also be able to adapt to changing circumstances and prioritize tasks effectively. A valid LPN or RN license and current certification in CPR/BLS are required. Additionally, you must have experience working with pediatric patients and be familiar with relevant laws and regulations related to healthcare provision in the home setting.
