**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. As an LPN at our facility, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and enhancing the overall well-being of our patients and residents.
**Key Responsibilities:
* Assess patient/resident needs and develop effective care plans in collaboration with the Registered Nurse (RN).
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accurate dosing and documentation.
* Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff members.
* Contribute to nursing assessments and evaluations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
**Requirements:**
* Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
* Currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensure.
* Maintain current BLS/CPR certification, if employed at a skilled nursing center.
