Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Participates in the development of the financial budget and drive budgetary goals
- Drives measurable goals, KPI’s, and objectives within respective area
- Develops and implements innovative business strategies, which enhance market share, expand growth, and improve overall performance
- Mentors, advises, and coaches talent for succession planning
- Liaison between Regional Leadership, Office Administration, and key stakeholders
- Partners with Area Vice President of Clinical Operation (AVPCO) to drive the Area’s Quality Improvement program, identify compliance, patient satisfaction trends and develops appropriate improvement strategies
- Represents the company and its services in the marketplace, legislative arenas, and related trade associations
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Business, Finance, Education, Management, or health-related field
- Minimum of five (5) years of proven leadership experience in healthcare or related health programs preferred, with multi-site management experience.
- Knowledge of healthcare requirements and third-party reimbursement
- Experience with multi-site management preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite required
- Must be willing to travel to company locations throughout the assigned geographic area.
- Proficiency in the English language required
