In this role you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care in the comfort of the patient’s home. We are looking for someone who is not only skilled and experienced but also empathetic and patient focused.
We have a one year old, male patient in Concord, NH that requires a skilled nurse. The family has full overnight needs available, 7 days a week, 8pm-8am. The home is lovely and the family is very supportive and accommodating to their sick child's needs. The patient has a g-tube, trach and vent - this is an intensive/premium pay case.
