What are the responsibilities and job description for the RN School Nurse - 1.1 position at Maxim Healthcare Services?

Maxim Healthcare Services is on the lookout for a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide 1:1 care for patients all throughout Rhode Island, both at home and in school. We offer flexible scheduling all throughout the state for days, evenings, or overnights for a schedule of your choice.
We are hiring RNs to work with a patient in South Kingstown for a school position. The hours would be Monday through Friday 6:45am-2:30pm. Experience working with a Central Line is a plus, but not required!
We also have evening positions open in North Kingstown for homecare!
Your Impactful Role:
- Utilize the nursing process for comprehensive patient care
- Conduct focused interviews to identify specific patient needs
- Assess signs and symptoms, documenting nursing diagnoses
- Perform other LPN duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Current LPN License in Rhode Island
- Current Health Certificate
- Current MMR, VAR, TDAP
- Current PPD or Chest X-Ray
- Current BLS card
