Pediatric Nurse Wanted
We are seeking a qualified Pediatric Nurse to join our team at Maxim Healthcare Services. As a pediatric nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients in their own homes.
About the Job:
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet patient goals and outcomes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
Responsibilities:
- Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient/client care and/or services provided to client(s) receiving contracted services
- Incorporate therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing actions based on patient diagnosis and established goals
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, as well as, monitor and document effectiveness of intervention
Requirements:
- CURRENT Registered Nurse (RN) License for the state in which the nurse practices
- CURRENT PPD or Chest X-Ray
- CURRENT BLS card
- One year prior Registered Nurse (RN) experience preferred
