Job Description
This position entails flexible scheduling, working directly with clients in their homes or daycare settings, and collaborating with our multidisciplinary team. As an SLPA, you will provide one-on-one treatment, parent education, and support.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual services to children with developmental delays in clients' homes or daycare settings.
- Collaborate with the transdisciplinary therapy team comprised of speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, and child development specialists.
- Participate in Continuing Education (CEU) opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- California SLPA license.
- Maintain CEU and licensure requirements.
- Reliable car, proof of auto insurance, CPR certification, and a valid driver's license.
- Proof of immunization records and current, negative TB test.
- Strong work ethic, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; team-oriented.
- Multilingual speaking/reading/writing skills are a plus.
