Home Health RN PRN

MaximaCare is a home health agency that has been in business for more than a decade and takes great pride in being one of the best home health agencies in the DFW area.

We are currently looking for a Home Health RN who is interested in working on a PRN basis in the the following areas: DFW area.

The primary function of this position is to administer skilled nursing care for patients/clients in their place of residence.

Essential Functions:

• Complete initial and ongoing assessments
• Regularly re-evaluate the patient's nursing needs and evaluates the outcomes of care
• Develop, initiate and revise the plan of care
• Furnish skilled nursing services that are ordered by the physician
• Coordinate services
• Monitor assigned cases to ensure compliance with requirements of third-party payors
• Prepare clinical and progress notes

Job Qualifications:

• Current TX RN License or multi-state compact RN license
• Current TX Driver's License
• 3 years of experience as an RN
• Community / Home Health / Hospice experience preferred
• Good interpersonal skills
• Proof of current CPR
• Reliable transportation and valid auto liability insurance
